Your weekly rental includes all linen, cleaning, water and electricity.
A breakages deposit of 250 euros is required once your booking is confirmed. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection and return of keys).
• 25% deposit of the total rental fee is due at time of booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks before your holiday commences. Full details of how to pay is included on your booking form. Preferred payment method is by bank transfer, however PAYPAL accepted but there is an additional fee for this - please ask for details.
• If your holiday commences in less than 6 weeks, the full cost of the rental is required at the time of booking.
• Strictly no smoking and no pets
• Not suitable for very young children/babies as no cot available
• May be suitable for wheelchair access, please contact us for more details
