Your weekly rental includes linen, cleaning, water and electricity.
A breakages deposit of 250 euros is required once your booking is confirmed. Additionally, a pool key deposit of 65 euros is required in case of loss or damage. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection and return of keys).
25% deposit of the total rental fee is due at time of booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks before your holiday commences.
If your holiday commences in less than 6 weeks, the full cost of the rental is required at the time of booking. Full details of how to pay is included on your booking form. Preferred payment method is by bank transfer, however PAYPAL accepted but there is an additional fee for this - please ask for details.
